State-Local Grant Program Support

The MDOT Office of Aeronautics announced a new State-Local Airport Program for Fiscal Year 2025. The State of Michigan has provided a one-time General Fund appropriation of $4 million to help address unfunded airport maintenance, capital development, revenue-generating, and equipment needs at general aviation airports. $15,000 is the 10-percent matching required of FKS.
